1 Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use services on jz128, users must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. By registering an account, you declare that you have provided accurate information about your age.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and jz128 reserves the right to confiscate the balances.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, and ID — must be true and accurate. If false information is provided, the platform has the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jz128 may at any time request documents for verification of identity, proof of address, or payment method. Withdrawal processing may be suspended until KYC is completed.

2 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• Disclosing login details to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out from the account, unless it is proven that the account was hacked and the matter was reported to jz128 immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. jz128 supports Bangladesh's major mobile and banking payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Depositing through a third party or without using your own identity is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals on jz128 are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jz128 is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. In the case of suspicious transactions, the platform may conduct an investigation and suspend transactions if necessary.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

120% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonus benefits — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or using bots — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

4.4 Other Promotions

jz128 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

9.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules before closure.

9.2 Closure at jz128's Initiative

jz128 may close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
• Abuse of bonuses.

10 Limitation of Liability

jz128 will not be liable for:

• Issues caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Faults in third-party software or hardware.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• The user's own negligence or intentional harm.

Our platform makes every effort to maintain a safe and reliable environment.

11 Changes to Terms

jz128 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Logging in for the first time after a change, or continuing to use the platform, will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
